This image was a happy accident.  I was messing around with my camera settings just experimenting and I wound up shooting directly into the sun which I like to avoid doing because it tends to make images useless.  Instead this time it created this really nice silhouette effect that made of an interesting image.  I made a few more adjustments to my camera to enhance it and snapped this one.  Then I made the image black and white which got rid of the nice warm feeling of the beach so I turned it into a split tone adding yellow for the highlights and blue for the shadows which brought back that beach feeling to me.
